The Top of Tank Line - Plastic combines the advantages of top-of-tank level indicators with innovative plastic technology. Modern plastics are a cost-effective alternative to expensive, high-alloy nickel steels for level indication of aggressive acids with tank top mounting.

Top of Tank Line - Plastic
Cost-Effective Alternative to Stainless Steel Solutions
These plastic top of tank level indicators made from PVC, polypropylene (PP) or PVDF handle many measurement tasks in low-pressure and low-temperature ranges safely and efficiently. Where lateral mounting is not possible – such as in shipbuilding with flammable media – acid resistant tank top mounting offers a practical solution.
The separated float-magnetic carrier system detects the level through the float in the tank and displays it above. Measuring scales (0% to 100%) clarify the reference to actual fill height. Float guidance occurs through baffle tube or guide rods.
Important Safety Note: Not suitable for explosive atmospheres (ATEX/IECEx) due to possible static charging.
