HighPressureLine for High Pressure Level Measurement up to 200 bar
The HighPressureLine is the standard for operating pressures from 50 bar to 200 bar and operating temperatures up to 400°C. While many manufacturers can only offer special productions in the high pressure range, WEKA feels particularly at home in this segment and offers four staggered series (80/100/150/200 bar) as standard.

HighPressureLine
Proven Spherical Float Technology for Highest Pressures
WEKA was the first manufacturer to develop the spherical float. Due to the optimally pressure-resistant spherical geometry, a titanium float could be designed that is suitable for highest pressures without increasing internal pressure. This high pressure level measurement according to European PED or American ANSI/ASME standards ensures long-term delivery availability.
EN and ANSI connections are included as standard in all four pressure ratings. Simple pressure-temperature diagrams allow determination of the basic type including connections. The proven material group 316/316L ensures optimal material compatibility.
Additional tests such as X-ray or dye penetrant inspections are possible and common. Surface finishing and test certificates up to EN10204-3.1 ensure highest quality standards.
