In today's world, responsibility for the protection of our environment is becoming increasingly important. As WEKA AG, we stand firmly behind this commitment and have fulfilled the necessary due diligence in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, known as the Deforestation Regulation.

This regulation aims to strictly regulate the import and trade of products that could contribute to deforestation. Through our due diligence declaration, we confirm that we fully comply with our obligations. After thorough assessment, it has been determined that our products pose no or only a negligible risk of non-compliance with Article 3 (a or b) of the Regulation.

Furthermore, we would like to clarify that WEKA AG does not produce or distribute products listed in Annex I of the Regulation. Our products are not marked with any special labels as they do not contribute to deforestation in any way.
