These intelligent sensors convert mechanical float movements into standardized electrical signals, enabling seamless integration into modern process control systems. Ideal for demanding automation tasks with high accuracy requirements.
Level Transmitter
Intelligent Signal Conversion for Modern Process Automation
The level transmitter is mounted externally on the standpipe. When level changes occur, the float magnet actuates the arranged reed contacts, causing the resistance value to change continuously and creating precise electrical signals.
High-resolution measurement technology with 5mm or 10mm resolution enables various signal outputs: 3-wire current-powered, 2-wire current sink or digital versions with HART®, PA and FF modules. ATEX-certified versions are available for explosive atmospheres.
