Since 1977, Tschäppat AG in Uster has been the Swiss distribution partner for the needle, overflow and ball check valves produced by WEKA AG. After more than 40 years of distribution activities for WEKA AG, Mr Renato Tschäppät has now decided to progressively withdraw from day-to-day business. Consequently, a new distribution partner has been evaluated.

We are pleased to inform you that we have found an extremely competent successor for the distribution of WEKA needle, overflow and ball check valves in Aran AG in Lausen. The family company is a service centre for pumps and fittings, operating throughout Switzerland, with 23 full-time employees. Aran AG is active in the fields of building services, public utilities, the food industry, pharmaceutical chemistry, petrochemistry, and energy & environment. Taking over distribution of the WEKA needle, overflow and ball check valves is a perfect addition to Aran AG’s existing range of products, which already includes pumps, fittings, mobile turning technology and valves.

Aran AG will take over representation of the WEKA valve sector for all of Switzerland and Lichtenstein as from 1 March 2018. WEKA AG would like to thank its long-standing partner Tschäppat AG for the excellent collaboration and looks forward to being able to present a new, worthy successor to its customers in Aran AG.
