Teamleitung Schweisserei / Welding Manager (a)
Deine Aufgaben
- Führung und Entwicklung des dreiköpfigen Teams inkl. Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung
- Wahrnehmung der Schweissaufsicht gemäss geltenden Normen
- Sicherstellung von Zertifizierungen sowie Arbeits- und Verfahrensprüfungen
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Audits
- Technologische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung, bezogen auf Schweissverfahren und Anlagen
Dein Profil
Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Anlage- und Apparatebauer:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie eine Weiterbildung als Schweissfachperson. Zusätzlich bringst du Folgendes mit:
- Mind. 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
- Fachkenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von nichtrostendem Stahl
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Führungskompetenz
- Selbstständige, qualitätsbewusste und teamfähige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP (von Vorteil)
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, z.B. zum Industriemeister
